Hello I live in a three bedroom apartment and I am looking to rent out a room. The room comes with some storage space, 55 inch smart tv, computer desk, mini refrigerator, walk in closet and private bathroom with shower & toilet. It is a very spacious room and is very private. The kitchen space will be shared and there is plenty cupboard space. If freezer space is needed that is available as well. This apartment is located 15 minutes from York university and is located directly on finch west which has a 24hr bus route available. I will be happy to answer any other questions you may have.

I am a single male that shares the space with my mother. This is a very large apartment so I think it would make sense to bring somebody else aboard. We are both very quiet, clean and respectful individuals so we are looking for the same.
