Hello, we are looking for a roommate to join us in our 3 Bed, 2 bath house in Central Esquimalt. Available: March 1st onward. Room for Rent: 1 bedroom available in a 3-bedroom shared house. Terms: Furnished bedroom at $1000 per month. Short or long term. This includes utilities and high speed internet. No damage deposit required. Bathrooms: 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom. Spacious Backyard: Large deck, Patio seating and BBQ, bike storage and sheltered hot tub. Limited Parking: Located in a cul-de-sac.

Current residents include a queer couple with a dog (primary residents), and a solo male professional. One of the rooms just opened up and is available for rent. The room is bright, looking onto the backyard, has a large closet for storage, dresser, bed and nightstand. The property has easy access to downtown bus routes and UVic, with plenty of nearby parks, grocery stores, shops, and restaurants close by.
