Large bedroom with south-facing windows! Tons of storage and a large closet. Currently furnished with a double bed, desk and shelving unit.

The apartment is approximately 1,000 square feet and has a huge kitchen, a good-sized bathroom, a half bathroom, and laundry in-suite.

The living room is cozy and warm, with large windows, a decorative fireplace, a sectional, and a television.

There is a small den that I currently use as an office and home gym space; however, that can be reconfigured!

The apartment has seven closets in total, including four in the hallway, however, one is used as the pantry.

We’ve got a fire escape that I use for growing tomatoes and herbs in the summer. Plus, we can use the front yard as we’d like.

The apartment is walkable to Locke Street, downtown, and the Bruce Trail. Durand Coffee is around the corner, as well as a small Shoppers Drug Mart.

A little about me: I’m 28 years old, originally from New Brunswick but grew up in Ontario. I work as a journalist in the city, play roller derby, and love to read.

I’m not a huge partier, but I love having people over and getting out of the house for a night out. I’ve been sober for a couple years, but I’m okay with folks drinking - just not to excess!

I’ve got a cat named Alaska who is 11, turning 12 in May. She would probably do best on her own as other cats make her quite upset.

I like to keep the space clean and the apartment well-cared for. I’ve been here for a few years and have made it home, so I’m looking for someone who will respect the space.

Down to incorporate different decor and furniture into the space as we can!
