This is more than just a room, it’s your own living space! This space will feel like your own, as the bedroom w/ ensuite and walk in closet, your living room and the shared kitchen and laundry room is all on the main level of the house. The house is in a newer built subdivision and is rented in my name/occupied by me. The design of the house is such that tenants can have separate living spaces, so it will feel like a one bedroom to yourself (and it is priced to reflect this).

I am a 34 year old working professional who spends a lot of time at home (outside of work) and I have 2 cats, so someone quiet, clean and respectful is a must! I tend to stay to myself and will have my own space in the basement, except for when I’m upstairs in the kitchen or laundry room, or sitting outside in the sun. I am seeking a sub-tenant to cut living costs in this increasingly expensive world.
