About the room
Hi there,
My name is Pegah and I have been hosting for 7 years now.
We live very close to downtown Toronto and we don’t have any pets. The location of the schools in downtown are very close to where we live, approximately 20 minutes away by bus. The bus station is 3 mins walk away and the subway station is about 15 mins walk from our house.
We don’t provide any meals, however there is a fully equipped kitchen for you to use including the kitchen ware. We provide free unlimited WiFi, dish soap, napkins, toilet paper, hand soap. A cleaner comes in once a month to do a deep clean of the common areas (kitchen, washroom/shower, laundry, corridors). We ask that you keep the common areas clean and no visitors as there are other students living here.
About the roomies
Typically our guests are either students or young professionals. Everyone we’ve hosted so far has been very respectful of other guests and our house, and were clean & tidy.
