Awesome location with a nice view of the water. Far enough from town that you don’t hear the hustle and bustle of traffic and sirens but still only a 10 minute drive to downtown and 15 minutes to UBCO. Lots of yard space and parking. Large kitchen if cooking is your thing.
A car is REQUIRED to live here. Unless you want to walk to the closest bus stop which will take you an hour.
About the roomies
I’m 23, normally pretty quiet, I do enjoy some music from time to time. I enjoy getting outdoors, fishing, offroading, snowboarding, camping. I’ll have a beer every now and again. I love plants.
