4 bedroom house downtown with 2 people living here currently. Lots of space with a big back yard, bbq, outdoor furniture and recently renovated upstairs. Walking distance to the beaches and downtown.

Room for rent is the master bedroom which comes fully furnished and has a private bathtub/shower. If you are looking for unfurnished we can arrange another room in the house just let us know.

Two easy going respectful 26 year old guys, no preference on gender of roommates as we’ve lived with both before. We like to keep a tidy house. We like to be social with one another in the house but are more than okay adjusting to your social palate if it’s different than ours.

Currently 2 people living here, looking to add a third. Could be open to having a couple stay but rent would be a tad higher than is listed now as it would be an extra person. Please reach out with any questions or concerns. Cheers
