With preferences towards renting to a student or a professional working individual only (no families or couples). A Police Record Check is required and the cost to you will be deducted from your 1st month’s rent (Receipt mandatory).
The Room is neat, clean, spacious and bright with lots of sunlight. It is furnished with a double bed, upright dresser & desk. Has a closet & backyard-facing window.
RENT includes utilities (including Shared Bell Wifi for personal use only)
Shared Kitchen, Shared Bathroom & Shared Laundry Room.
No Pets, No Smoking, No Parties, No Drugs.
One Parking Space is available.

About the roomies
Husband and Wife have owned the home for over 30+ years, quiet and respectful of the privacy of individuals. One son visits every week to help around and maintain the property and home.
We have currently rented the basement suite for the past 4+ years, the Tenant there is also quiet and respectful.
