JP's room

There are two huge rooms available in a three story Victorian house near Bloor and Ossington. One room (18x20) is very bright and has a back deck. The other room (14x10) has a third story office, sun room, and rooftop deck. Bathroom, kitchen and laundry are shared. Both rooms are unfurnished. This is a 6 month sublease, with possibility of extension.

A dad and a kiddo have rooms on the ground floor (where there is an additional kitchen and another full bathroom).
