(Rent is increasing Oct 1st, I am currently in negotiations with the landlord, it will likely be around a $200 each increase) Master bed and ensuite, partially furnished (there is a queen sized bed not pictured, nightstands and dresser you’re welcome to use but if not I can get rid of them), the rest of the apartment is fully furnished shared space. Heat and Water included, only pay half of internet ($50 each) and electricity. $500 damage deposit required prior to move in. Large green space behind building 1 cat is allowed with pet deposit (must be able to get along with other cats, I have one very friendly senior cat). Laundry is card operated and shared with the building. Moderate sized east facing balcony. Non-smoking building. Includes access to pool and gym in main building. Close to South Glenmore Park, Heritage Park, Heritage and Southland train stations, Rockyview Hospital, and all amenities. Easy access to Stoney Trail, Glenmore Trail and short drive to both Chinook and Southcentre malls. Underground parking is available for an extra $75/month, however there is plenty of free street parking in front of the building. Looking for a reliable long term roommate of a similar age/maturity level, searching is stressful and I would like to not have to do that for a while lol.
