It is a ground floor room with a private bathroom. Laundry room- kitchen with a sm. fridge, hot plate, toaster oven, crock pot and kettle. Access to an oven is available upstairs. Shared studio, living room space that leads out to a small back garden with a townhouse swimming pool beyond.

I am am an elder who loves living alone and sharing my home with young people.I worked in theatre and film and trained English teachers overseas for many years. I live an active life with good friends and many different interests. I am happy to share a good meal and a good chat with my tenants. Some are still good friends.
