About the room
Located a 10-minute walk from the Rideau center shopping mall and the O-train, but still out of the way enough to have more quiet than living right in the heart of the byward market.
Utilities are included in rent but broadband is an extra $25/month. We have a washing machine and dryer in the basement. The bedroom available is the medium sized bedroom which is located on the first floor. The room will be unfurnised.
Our third roommate is moving to a new place with her boyfriend.
Move in date ideally would be 7/8th September but can be flexible within the month of September upto 1st October.
About the roomies
I am a 25-year old young professional from England, and the other roommate is a 23 year old Canadian student who has a beautiful kitty cat called Piper.
We are both friendly, respectful and most importantly clean. We would like to befriend our roomate to make the living situation better/easier when we arent too busy.
