Looking for 1 tidy and honest housemate to share my 2500 sq foot home in Kings Heights, Airdrie. Homeowner (female; 50) lives here with 2 ridiculously adorable dogs. I am currently only looking for one roommate but have two rooms and two full baths available & would consider renting both for the right people.

$850 plus utilities split evenly. Fibre Optic internet included in rent.

Ideal location: under 5 minutes to Highway 2, and 15 minutes to Calgary. 15 minutes to YYC Airport, 45 minutes from Banff. 7 minutes to Cross Iron Mills shopping centre. Walking distance to public transit and strip mall (grocery stores, pharmacies, dentist, chiropractor, doctors, restaurants).

Safe and friendly community and home. References required. 6 months minimum; I would prefer longer term and will consider for the right peeps. This is more than a room, it is shared space so we are looking for the right fit. Must be clean, kind, respectful and love dogs.

Easy going, great sense of humor and responsibility. I have 2 dogs; very sweet and friendly. One sheds, the other does not.
