There are 2 different prices for rooms depending on your budget and they correlate with size of room and the amenities each offers. Each price includes rent and utilities and the fastest internet in the area (fibre).

Hi there,

We are a house of full-time working professionals. (20s to 30s)

We enjoy yoga (I am a licensed yoga teacher and meditator), going to the gym, spending time outdoors and adventuring around the island.

We’re down to earth, chill, we don’t party, drink or do drugs. We’re pretty straight edge and we’re looking for roommates who don’t have any substance abuse issues or that bring any of it into our household, and roommates that have stable income and pay their bills/are responsible. We all keep to ourselves, and are mindful about privacy and cleanliness. The house is usually spotless as we all actively clean on the daily.

Our goal is to continue to transform this home into a beautiful sanctuary to come back to at the end of the day. Something that feels more and more like home or even a fairy tale. We are looking to stay for quite some time (3yr at least), so you won’t have to worry about the house disappearing and the landlords will rent to us for as long as we want.
