It’s a large room (big enough for two or a couple) in a 5-1/2 shared with me. Here the rent is about 2000$ per month unfurnished. The room is fully furnished; electricity, heating, washer-dryer, internet included. The apartment is new and modern, and very well located, near the Cartier metro station in Laval. There are two nature parks nearby, waterfront, tennis court, cross-country skiing not too far away, bike path in summer, services nearby. It’s an interesting area for that. I can get to the Mont-Royal mountain in Montreal in 20 minutes… so I think it’s great for the practical aspects.

I’m a quiet, clean person. Of course, I expect the person (or couple) who comes to visit to be in line with me, for the respect of everyone and of the place. Of course, I’ll allow you to have your girlfriend or boyfriend visit you, but that of course comes with good communication and understanding. I’m honest, open-minded, communicative, professional, bon vivant, sporty, yogi. I’m an engineering professional as well as a certified ayurvedic massage therapist, and I’m pretty busy with all that. I’m in career transition.
