9500 square feet open concept two bedroom apartment in Mount Pleasant area, inner-city Vancouver. Available for February through March (move out date negotiable).

Our second bedroom + separate bathroom is available for rent effective immediately until April/May (date negotiable).

Our kitchen is well-equipped (with dishwasher and two microwaves!)

We have a large dinning table and a working station.

Our dining and living area has lots of space and gets a lot of natural light. Facing the courtyard, our bedrooms, living room and balcony are quiet and peaceful.

The building also has one guest parking and a guest lounge (with wifi) for drop-in use or private use with prior booking. We are close to Broadway Commercial Skytrain station, 20 minutes away from downtown (with train) and 15-20 min walk from the sea wall.

On March, I will be out of town for 2 weeks so you have the place to yourself during that time. Open for questions but require background check.
