Welcome to this beautiful Cape Cod Style home in gorgeous Crystal Beach (Ridgeway)(Niagara) Ontario. This property is a short 10 minute walk to Bay Beach, shops, restaurants and pubs and 35 minutes by car to Niagara College and 45 minutes by car to Brock University.. 1 or 2 roommates (your choice) will enjoy a beautiful private Loft space on the 2nd floor of the house with 2 new Queen beds, premium mattress and linens, ensuite bathroom with towels, walk-in closet, 2 work desks and tea centre. The 2nd Floor Loft is considered Bedroom #1 with bathroom #1 and your roomie will reside in the same room or you will have the space to yourself if you rent solo. The loft is a private area with ensuite private Bathroom. The home owner’s space is a private space with private bath on the main floor so completely separate from your space. Rent from month to month only with a limited rental period between March 1st of each year until December 23rd of the same fiscal year so perfect for the Fall Semester for students (please inquire about details as some restrictions apply) In Summary the house is not available in January and February of each year so students can book a Fall Semester only. (Exceptions are possible so please inquire about options) Up to 2 students will be allowed to book for a full fall Semester for $850/month each. Roommates will have shared access to a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful furnished living/dining room with cathedral ceilings and gas fireplace and sun filled landscaped yard with fountain, hammock, dining area and lounge chairs. There is free laundry machines on the main floor and parking for one vehicle only. Guests of roommates must park in the public parking lots at the main beach as there are no additional parking spots available on the property. Your rent will include all utilities, A/C, internet, free laundry and free parking. Potential roommates must be clean, have a clean criminal record, good credit rating, be a non-smokers with no pets and no kids. There is absolutely no marijuana use on the property and no vaping or cleaning of vaping apparatus allowed. The property is exempt from service dogs as the owner has a serious pet allergy and has an accommodation and exemption. Quite times are from 9pm until 9am daily. No parties or events are allowed on the property as roommates agree to quite use of the house. Roommates may have guests to the house for short periods of time but guests cannot sleep over; exceptions apply.
