Private room for rent near McMaster University with natural plenty lighting. Semi-furnished with brand new mattress and bed. Room comes with desk table and chair and storage space. The condo is in a safe residential area in between Ainslie Wood and University Plaza.

20 minutes bus to the Mcmaster university. Restaurants, grocery stores, and a gym within walking distance.
About the roomies
I own the unit but currently live elsewhere at the moment while my brother occupies one of the bedrooms. He is a nice 40 year old man who loves D&D and boardgames in his spare time. He can be friendly or keep to himself depending on the preference of the other roomies. We thought of renting out the two spare rooms to help out a bit with the mortgage and utilities.
