About the room
Looking for a quiet, clean and considerate roommate for an unfurnished room in a 2-bedroom townhouse in the GTA. The room has a closet and access to backyard space. The rest of the unit is furnished and 1 other person lives there. There is a washer and drier in the unit.
$1000 per month is for one room. Utilities and high speed internet will be split 50/50. Please inquire about parking if you need it. Small and well behaved dogs are welcome.
Conveniently located near shops, supermarkets, cafes, TTC routes, highway, and Yorkdale mall.
Non-refundable last months payments will be required to hold the room. First month is due before move-in day. There’s no additional deposit on top of that. 30 days notice required to move out. Flexible term stay.
About the roomies
