About the room
Its a nice cozy room very close to Uofc’s campus. It’s only 5 minutes away by bus , or a 15 minute walk if you’re feeling active. Its also very accessible to the rest of the city with a 10 minute bus ride to the station or a 13 minute walk to University Station. There’s a mini-mall along with Freshco and a bunch of other stores and restaurants all within walking distance.
The room itself is furnished, while in the shared kitchen there’s a microwave, a fridge, and a stove. We don’t mind strong cooking scents, as we all cook food with strong aromas. There’s free laundry and the utilities are all included.
About the roomies
We all are in the engineering field in some capacity. We strive to maintain a general level of cleanliness, and try to be mindful of our surroundings.
