The unit is a 2 bedroom + 1 large den, 2 bathrooms, about 1200 sqft. The den is a spacious room with actual doors. There is an ensuite laundry in the unit. The living room is furnished.
The unit is a corner unit that faces south and west, with an awesome view of downtown Toronto, as well as Lake Ontario. There is access to a lounge/common patio area, and tenants get free access to the Higher Ground gym (accessible through the building). There is a 24-hour security service.
Den (can come with a bed): $1,250/month + Hydro and internet
