The unit is a 2-bedroom + 1 large den, 2 bathrooms, and approximately 1200 sqft. The den is a spacious room with actual doors and offers privacy. The unit also features ensuite laundry, and the living room is furnished.

This corner unit faces south and west, providing an amazing view of downtown Toronto and Lake Ontario. Tenants have access to a lounge/common patio area, and enjoy free access to the Higher Ground gym (accessible through the building). There is 24-hour security service on-site.
