I’m renting out my room at Sugar Wharf Condos for $1400 + half of the utilities. Room is not furnished, but I have an air mattress if you need. South facing lakeviews. Looking for a working professional who is tidy and clean. Must be comfortable with a small dog living in the unit from time to time. Lease is from April 1, 2024 onwards.
