-Located in Central Nanaimo close to bus stop and country club mall.
-We have in unit laundry and a dishwasher as well as a fireplace.
-The bedroom that is for rent isn’t furnished but the rest of the place is.
-Hydro and internet not included it is split and usually costs about 100 per person together with hydro being every two months.
I would ask that you provide some reference, I believe in transparency though so I will also provide some of mine as well if you wish.
