About the room

4 Month Summer Sublet - May to end of August. A perfect sized room in a shared female ONLY apartment. Located in a safe neighborhood close to downtown area. 3-5 minute walk to bus stop. 10-15 minute walk to the nearest park.

You will be sharing the apartment with two wonderful ladies who work/study. Everyone is kind and respectful.

Looking for: A respectful female who is responsible, clean, friendly, and does not party. Preferably a student in need of a 4 month sublet.

This is a NO smoking and NO drinking apartment.

You will be required to send a deposit at the beginning of your lease.
