Wayne's room

Large house with a large yard in a quiet residential neighbourhood in central Tsawwassen. I use the upstairs and you could use the downstairs. The downstairs has 4 large rooms, its own washroom and shower, and its own private entrance. We could share the kitchen which is upstairs. The suite could be partly furnished if desired.

I’m writing this for my father. He’s 85 and lives alone. He’s lived in the house for 50 years but doesn’t need all the space anymore. He’s looking for someone quiet, clean, respectful and, maybe, a little company. He would be happy to discuss decreasing the rent for some cleaning and/or for some cooking.
