Beautiful multilevel 3 bedroom house. Laundry ensuite. All bedrooms on top floor. Lots of natural light and beautiful hardwood floors. House is 1 block away from three major bus lines and a 10 walk to grocery stores. The neighbourhood is quiet and neighbourly. There is a large driveway and yard. Rent is actually $900 but no utilities included and it’s oil heated. We estimate they’ll come to $150 a month max, hence us listing for 1050. We just found when we listed for $900 with no utilities interested parties would be taken aback when we mentioned bills estimate.

My current roommate and (and a cat) are looking for a third person to join the lease for 2024-2025 as equal partners in the running of the house. We are quiet but friendly professional women in our late 20s/early 30s. We aren’t looking for someone perfect but someone self aware and able to articulate their needs and negotiate with us. We like cooking, reading, and the occasional boardgame night. The cat get along great with other cats and would love a friend to plot feline world domination with.
