Cost: $1300+$500 damage deposit payable on approval and $1300 when you first move in. Utilities and internet are included in the cost. You will get the security deposit back if everything is well maintained on your last day stay.

I live a healthy life style and I am into fitness and going to gym 5 X weekly. I am NOT looking for sex in any circumstances. This is a SCENT FREE environment , highly allergic to cologne or perfume.

Cleanliness is a must. I am wanting someone who is tidy, cleans after himself, that can pay the rent on time and ideally looking for a long term. roommate, someone to interact with and to have some laughter from time to time.

A well-maintained building, close to shops, banks, bike trails, and nature with laundry facilities in basement . Easily accessible to U of T, malls, transit etc. Underground parking can be available upon request with an extra charge.
