I’m in search of a roommate, one person, to occupy a bed-furnished bedroom in a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house in Killarney. The house has a large shared kitchen and specialized appliances.

The available bedroom boasts a walk-in closet and a private bathroom, with a move-in date set for April 1st. A 5-month lease can turn into longer.

Rent amounts to $1050.00 per month, and utilities, covering internet, heat and electricity x 1/3rd (for fixed 3 or 4 mth leases minimum this would be set at 150). There will be a $1050 security deposit required. I’m a non smoker and would expect my house to remain smoke-free.

Additional amenities include easy access street parking in with plug in when needed, and a SW facing backyard to enjoy a warm spring day. The location is excellent, with close proximity to Downtown, and public transit options are easily accessible. The area is known for its safety and convenience.

I am the solo owner and occupant in the house as well as my cat, who’s quiet and easy going. I am a quiet professional who maintains a clean living and I like to cook when I’m not working, exercising, or gardening.
