My goal is to offer a safe environment for female professionals or students living in or commuting to Fort McMurray. There is currently one room available, rent is $700/month

• Lots Parking options available. In the single car garage, driveway, or the massive amount of street parking available.
• the back deck gets all the sun as well and opens onto the shared property yard area, it is not completely fenced in.
• There is room for additional furnishings in the common areas. -Appliances include fridge stove dishwasher microwave washer dryer. Unit has AC as well.
• You’ll have access to a shared, well-maintained bathroom.
• Utilities, including internet, are included in the rent.

• We’re conveniently located near the Thickwood Golf Course, Trails, and a fully equipped park. Perfect for outdoor lovers!
• There’s a city and site bus stop right out front.
• The area is pretty chill and family-friendly, making it a quiet and safe place to call home.

Both ladies are 30-somethings who works both day shifts and night shifts on a rotating schedule. One roommate is a coworker of mine who commutes to town for work. She is a rockstar power engineer at site and is friendly and clean and a stealthy ninja when it comes to coming and going lol. She loves trash tv, Gucci, and being extra cozy. Your second roommate is a haul truck driver with an adorable pomchi dog. She moved out from the east coast for a career change and is more local but travels when she can. She is quiet and clean and the sweetest person.
