I am a 56 year old woman. I work in the big warehouse retail sector as a FT pharmacy clerk. I work shifts anywhere between 6 am and 830 pm, 40 hrs per wk. I have Thursdays and Fridays off.
I’ve been hosting international students a since 2011.

On February 3, 2024 I adopted a new baby pug. He just turned 1 mid November. He is seen with me in some of the photos. All my pugs are the loves of my life.

In order for you to reside with me you must LOVE dogs. He is my pride and joy. As are my grand baby pugs. I don’t mean like dogs I mean LOVE DOGS.

I currently have a 22 year old young lady from India residing with me and we also work together. We have become family over the past 10 months she’s been with me. She means the world to me.

I currently have 1 room available it has a queen size bed, large chest of drawers, nightstand with a lamp, student desk and chair. It is in the lower level of my home, this is not a basement. The living room in the lower has a loveseat for chillin and watching tv on the 43” television with an Amazon fire stick to watch movies and tv series. This is for students as I have my own livingroom. Also there is a table and chairs for eating meals.

There is a half bathroom in the lower level for students and the shower is in the main floor bathroom, for SHOWERS ONLY. Included in the monthly fee: All utilities, Insurance , linens, laundry supplies, full use of the kitchen. There is also a brand new fridge in the lower level for the students to keep their food in, fibre internet.

My home is 10 min walk to the bus stop and a 5 min ride to get to University Centre. My neighborhood is very quiet with lots of wildlife.

Students who reside with me must be at least 20 yrs old, independent, someone who keeps their room clean and organized. Must clean up after themselves in the kitchen and main bathroom after they’ve showered. Every other Thursday I go into the students room to vacuum, dust unless the students want to do it themselves. I clean both bathrooms weekly so everything must be picked up and put away.

I can’t stress enough that you must be a very clean person and clean up after yourself. Also because myself and Rhythm both work and she goes to university full-time we need someone who is fairly quiet. You must be very considerate of the other people living in the household As we will be with you.
