Hey there! We’ve got a sweet 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom spot in the Admirals and Esquimalt area. It’s a super quiet block with tons of free parking. All utilities and internet included and in suite laundry all included. Can’t believe landlords don’t include that typically ugh.

I currently live in the carriage house OUTSIDE the actual house so you’ll be either on your own for a bit or with one other roommate in each of your own private rooms with a shared bathroom.

If you’re into hassle-free living, big yard and good vibes, this could be your new home sweet home.

• 2 bedrooms furnished, 1 bathroom, kitchen, and a fireplace to keep things cozy
• Large commercial washer and dryer in-house – no laundromat adventures!
• Fully furnished, so just bring yourself, toiletries and your clothes
• Free internet, free hydro, and hot water on the house
• Forget utility bills – we got that covered
• Plenty of free parking for you and your wheels on the street right in front of the house
• Convenient near bus stops and super walkable to major places and attractions

Open to negotiations on rent and you can move in as soon as January 15, 2024 and we are hoping for a long term roommate but open to shorter term as well if the situation works for both of us.

Looking for roommates (technically I’m in the yard lol in a carriage house) who want a chill living experience in their own furnished house with free utilities and internet all paid for by me and a covered patio yard. I run my own businesses and am typically on the go and love to work on cars! The actual house is yours and if another roommate is interested I’m hoping for $1500 per private room.
