I have a room available in my Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom Condo in the heart of Downtown Calgary. The apartment is in the Victoria Park/Beltline Area and is super close to 17th Ave Bars and Restaurants, as well as 4th Street. The train is less than a 3 min walk that can take you to the Core shopping Center in minutes, also only 15 mins to get to Chinook Shopping Center. The condo is on the 14th floor, has a large balcony and beautiful unobstructed views of the city. You will have a Private Room with your own bathroom. The room is a good size with a fairly large closet space. Kitchen is super modern with dark wood and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. There is an In-suite laundry. The space is always clean as I keep it very tidy. The building has a gym, sauna and whirlpool, as well as a games room and movie theatre. I have been here for 2 years and I love the space.

I am a hospitality professional, and Esthetician. When I’m not at work I am usually at the gym, hanging out with friends or writing at a cafe. I can be found cooking in the kitchen or chilling on the couch with Netflix or working on my laptop. My ideal roommate would be someone who works outside of home or works away, my previous roommate worked FIFO in oil and gas and this arrangement worked really well for us, also a flight attendant would be ideal. Looking for someone who has a similar mentality/lifestyle and is respectful. They would have to be extremely clean as I am very organized and tidy, that is a non negotiable for me! I am super friendly, so I’d always be up for a chat but also appreciate my alone time. The room is available for July 1st!
