Hey! I am putting my bedroom for rent for just 1500CAD utilities included and wifi included.

I work almost everyday. If I’m in the building I’m either in the gym or at the study center.

The building is just a 2-3 minute walk from Eglington train station and is surrounded by great shops, convenience stores, cafes and restaurants. I’m a competitive long distance runner so if you are an athlete as well, that’s a huge plus and I’ll definitely put you on the priority list. I’m currently preparing for my physiotherapy licensure exam so if you’re in rehab sciences or are in healthcare, that’s definitely a huge plus.

I also highly value sleep as it is crucial for recovery as an athlete to improve performance and prevent injury. Also, it is so important for me to study with a well refreshed mind to retain challenging concepts for my physiotherapy exam. Thus, I would prefer someone who does not bring in that much noise late at night.

The move-in date is mid March or early April.Send me a message if you are interested.
