It’s a 10 minute walk from Dufferin Mall which has a No-Frills, Wal-Mart etc. There’s also a ton of café’s, thrift stores and restaurants in the area! House: The unit is a 3-bedroom place on the second and third floor of a house. It’s very spacious with large windows. There is a spacious living room, den, one washroom, on-site laundry and very large backyard. The room: The room is a decent size (11 by 10 feet) able to comfortably fit a double bed, dresser and small desk, if desired. There is no closet in the room, however there is a communal closet in the living room where you can store your bigger attire.

About us: We are looking for one roommate, preferably female-identifying with similar values and lifestyle (left-leaning, vaxxed). We are both 26-year old professionals (consultant and accountant) who are pretty laid back and enjoy socializing, but also value our alone-time. Cleanliness is very important to us and we expect everyone to clean up after themselves and contribute to household chores and responsibilities. We are looking for someone considerate, friendly and responsible. We value our space being a home and are looking for someone to add to the positive environment!
