Unfurnished private room with own bathroom (detached). There is one desk in the room and the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. Pictures of the room uploaded. Unfortunately the landlord does not allow pets. No locker, but we have a large balcony and we store any extra stuff under a tarp, which is very secure. Has one coat closet at the entrance. I am a 32 year old Executive Assistant working with CIBC at 161 Bay (full time). Looking for a roommate who is clean and easygoing. I work from the office 4 days a week and am a full time student as well (evenings). I enjoy reading and baking. I try to be as social as my schedule permits. I workout about 4 to 5 days a week and try to wake up early to get a good workout in, first thing in the morning. I keep the place extremely clean and am looking for someone who will at least keep the shared spaces clean. The area is great and has a lot of cafes and restaurants. No frills, dollarama and LCBO are right across the street. The nearest church is a 13-minute walk (if you are interested). A 6-minute walk to the distillery district. 6-minute walk to St. Lawrence market.
