About the room
The room you’ll have is the spare bedroom, with a personal bathroom across the hall. For utilities we will split it 50:50. Credit score of at least 650 is required for the apartment complex.
Apartment complex has a private gym, squash court, games room, and a Vietnamese restaurant connected to it. It is a 12 minute walk to the closest train station, with a bus stop right outside. It is perfectly central in Calgary.
The Apartment has a fully furnished kitchen, in-house laundry, with a storage room and balcony, with a shared large common area.
About the roomies
Full-time working single gay man. I am tidy, and easy to communicate with. I am out of the house frequently, either work related, going for a long walk, or out with friends. I love music and nature, and try to go bouldering when I can. I often stay reserved and quiet.
