The house in located in Sunalta. 3 min walk from Sunalta train station. Close to downtown but far away enough to avoid all the noise. Calgary Co-op grocery store and health food store within a 10 to 15 minute walk. Nice area for walking. House includes two bathrooms which are shared. Has a sunroom and backyard. Rooms are decently sized and the room available downstairs is spacious. (*Closet door is not on in the photo because I was painting it at the time!)

Hello! Thanks for visiting my listing. Our house currently has 4 female roommates (including myself). We are all friendly and non-smoking. We like to spend time together but also respect each others space. We’ve had Christmas dinner together and celebrated new years. Sometimes we go for walks together or plans fun events. Everyone in the house (besides myself) is from a different country and is here on a short-term lease. Our German roommates working holiday is coming to an end so I’m looking for a new roomie.

The ideal roommate;

• is female (sorry no males)
• doesn’t have a cat allergy and is comfortable around cats.
• Is from another country and here on a short-term lease or just looking for short-term renting (maximum 1 year).

House rules:

• no smoking or having friends over who smoke (of any kind)
• must be tidy and clean up after yourself + willing to help out around the house
• no strong perfumes (please only spray perfume in your room)
• sorry but no other pets allowed (unfortunately, my cat is not friendly towards other animals)
