The House is located in Glamorgan and is a 15 minute walk from Mount Royal University. Walking distance from multiple grocery stores as well and close to a few really nice parks in the area.

The room is large with a window that brings in lots of natural light. It is unfurnished. Will share a bathroom with the other upstairs roommate. House has a large kitchen, a comfortable living room, and peaceful backyard. Street parking in front. It’s a great spot and everyone is super friendly, just looking to get my own place. Would be a lease takeover through September 2024.

We all share the responsibility of keeping our home clean and well taken care of. We enjoy spending time with each other and like to have friends over, that being said we don’t host large events. We are all students, some of us with part time jobs on top. Currently 3 males, 21-22 years old. We hope to find someone similar in age who is also a student interested in living in a well kept home and socializing with the housemates and friends.
