I am female and own a townhouse and wish to offer to a female for single/single use only, a private, 2nd floor large (18 x 11’), clean, fully furnished room with student desk. No non-vetted visitors may stay over-night. For $960. all utilities and services are included. An extra hydro charge may occur for non-careful usage. A best fit would be a female who also lives a healthy and quiet lifestyle and has owned a dog. My 9yr. 19lb dog is unfriendly to people who fear dogs. No other pets are possible. The area is beautiful with lots of walking paths, clean, friendly with lots of stores, outdoor sports areas eg. basketball. Parking cannot be guaranteed in this condo complex but you can apply to condo mgmt. to rent a space for $40/month.

My townhouse has 3+1 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, wood/tile flooring, AC, central heating, fenced private backyard. I am a retired female and sole occupant of my home. Best fit is a female with similar healthy , quiet lifestyle and serious about her studies.
