I’m looking for responsible and pleasant people as roommates: students and/or young working professionals. This is not a party house. Each room is single occupancy. I’m a mature student back in school who enjoys living a stable and peaceful lifestyle. I own a dog (small) and often have many dogs over. I’m not looking to have roommates with pets as i do occasionally dog sit. I’m an easy going friendly ambivert who lives an active life.

• 1 basement room with black out blinds and queen bed with a lot of privacy.
• 1 room on top floor with queen bed Included: Utilities, Internet, Dishwasher, washer, dryer, freezer, fridge, etc. Street parking and 1 detached garage parking (extra $/mth) NF, Prime, Disney available on living room TV. Shared kitchen and living space so cleaning up after oneself is important Rent $ 840 / mth DD $ 840, 1yr lease preference but negotiable. Looking for long term tenants.
