It has a separate entrance, and private bathroom within the room. with SHARED kitchen ( kitchen has everything you need.. juicer, coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, dish washer, etc etc etc)

Looking for either people who have full time jobs, or students.

It is 10 minutes walking to coquitlam center where there are grocery stores, sky train and etc.

Street parking is available.

it can be fully furnished OR a semi furnished room. (small fridge, microwave, desk, chair, storage)

There could be a very clean comfortable mattress in there if you would like.

OR it can be left semi furnished with a desk and some side tables.

there is lots of storage space inside the closets.

Would consider pets if we establish rules and depending on breed and temperament, as there is already a dog in the house .

1200 + 25% utilities (100 or so per month)

Available as soon as possible.

This room is for an individual. BUT would so consider students that are sharing…. but must be mild mannered.

*****It is a shared house, One person is elderly very Christian, she is 60 years old. I have conservative values.

Would prefer roomates who align with this.

Would prefer someone who doesn’t smoke or drink excessively.

Also there are kids in the neighborhood, so no partiers, or big time weed smokers.
