I am a professional musician who has a studio on the premises (not in the house). My bedroom is in the main floor apartment, but there is a total of three bedrooms in the upper apartment of the house. My other roommates are quiet and considerate, and we would like to have a similar roommate. I have two dogs, but they stay in the main floor apartment.
