About the room
In a clean and well kept townhome with shared kitchen, private bathroom and shared laundry. The room consists of a double bed with storage, night table, desk, chair, double door closet with a small dresser and a mounted TV. There is no parking. It’s about fifteen to twenty min walk to bus stops, shoppers plaza and more. Quiet, quaint and safe neighborhood.
About the roomies
I am a teacher and enjoy sports, reading, cooking and hanging with my Bengal cat. I do have high standards in maintaining a clean, organized, safe household. I’m seeking a roommate who is highly respectful, trustworthy, responsible and possesses good communication skills and sets boundaries. I prefer a short term rental as my circumstances may change after the summer. Mandatory: background check, letter of employment, license etc. Bonus: price is negotiable if you live a busy life outside of the home!
