The rooms are on the main floor of the house. The neighborhood is very safe and the bus stop is just down the street! One bedroom is $999 per month unfurnished including utilities (waer, hydro, electricity). Internet would be additional(approx $20 per month). The other room is furnished priced at $1075. If you have your own furnitures, the room can be unfurnished as well. For single occupancy only no couples. One room out of 3 is occupied.
