- Private Bathroom * Shared
- Parking Included
The basement is shared with 2 other males at this time.
Looking for a single working professional only. No couples.
All kitchen items are provided.

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND OUTSIDE ON THE PROPERTY OR INSIDE THE HOUSE. If you smoke anything INCLUDING POT, VAPES, E-CIGS & CIGARETTES then this is not the place for you. Not even outside, front yard or backyard. Nothing is permitted.
NO PETS.
$20 extra/month for parking in driveway.
