Professional and quiet couple are looking to share their zen space and up kept home in a great part of red deer. We have a fully furnished bedroom with comfortable, newer furniture including queen bed , dresser, lg TV with a fireplace stand and desk. There is a 4 piece shared bathroom with 2 other full time professionals along with a shared full sized fridge and freezer and water cooler (we provide the water jugs so no hauling in water ) along with a microwave, toaster oven and coffee station. The 4 piece bathroom with hot water on demand is shared with the other 2 guests which has always worked out perfectly for bathroom times. The main kitchen and all appliances will be accessible for use. There is ample street parking and public transportation is just a 1/2 block away. It is a short 2 minute walk to all amenities (salon, medical office, restaurant, grocery , Tim’s, McDonald’s) and walking distance to the Collicut Rec Center. It is on the South end of town and a 10 minute drive to the college, 15 minute drive to Joffre and a quick minute to highway 2. This is a perfect set up for any professional adult needing a stress free pad or a home away from home. Utilities, wifi and more than we can list are included. Weekly room cleaning and no chores as we take care of your needs and make your space is to an high standard and enjoyable. Fresh towels provided and supply all toilette paper, kleenex, wipes ect… you will not have to worry about cleaning supplies as we up keep and take care of the maintaining of your space.
