Clean with private bathroom. Laundry included. Smart TV with a few streaming channels, ie Netflix/Prime. Keurig coffee maker, fridge and toaster over all in your room. Absolutely no drugs allowed, including cannibis. Also no smoking. Fairly new home. Close to Chinook Winds park. Lots of walking/biking trails. Not far from shopping or church but you will need a car or bike. I do rent out the basement to a nice couple. If you have no car, I will take you shopping, etc.

I am a 78 year old widow with a tiny 8 lb dog. The house is huge; too big for me. I would love to have some compatible company, that being someone near my age.
