Hi! I am a professional adult female searching for 1 roommate to share a 3 bedroom house in Kitchener, ON. Room available June 1! The home includes 1.5 bathrooms, a shared kitchen, dining area, in-suite laundry, outdoor space, and a large basement (unfinished) with plenty of room for storage. Parking is available but the house is close to bus routes if needed. The house is also close to grocery stores (food basics, walmart, dollar stores, bulk barn) and other shopping centers and restaurants. It is about a 10 minute drive to University of Waterloo and a 15 minute drive to Wilfrid Laurier University. There is 1 bedroom available for rent ($880). This price includes cost of internet but does NOT include hydro and utilities. Lease options are flexible! Please note, I live with a rescued cat that does not do well with other animals.
