Welcome to beautiful Sunnyside! A nice quiet neighbourhood just across the river from busy downtown Calgary. Just off of Memorial Drive, this unit has a park located in the back, a cafe across the street, a 10 minute walk to the nearest train station, as well as beautiful Prince Island Park a 10 minute walk away. One train station away from SAIT and close to MRU.

Room comes unfurnished! No pets allowed.

Free street parking is avaliable. There are two laundry units avaliable to use. All utilities are included within the rent price. (water, heating, electricity, internet, and insurance!)

My name is Khezya and I have been living in this unit since 2021. I live here with my cat, Eevee. I would describe myself as an eclectic, extroverted, and busy! I currently work in the event production industry.

I am a night owl and tend to be busy in the evening either outside or inside. I come home to reset, relax, and play video games with my friends online.

Everyone is welcome but I prefer no couples. The place is small enough as it is!

I am looking for someone who is ambitious, kind, and proactive to live with me. The building is wood frame (built around the 70’s and renovated just after the 2013 flood) and sound travels very easily so no loud music or partying. Proper care of our environment is important to me and I want someone with a similar mindset!
