Hello,

I’m looking for a roommate for January 1st or 15th . I live near Puntledge Park. I have a big yard and a sweet kitty.

The house is a three bedroom. I’ve been using the third as a spare for guest so whoever moves in can choose which room they like more.

The room can come with a new queen bed if desired. The house is furnished and kitchen fully equipped. There’s tons of parking as well!

I try to mow the lawn once every 10 days in the spring/summer. It would be great to have a roommate who’s willing to share that with me.

Im a freelance super yacht chef so I go away periodically. In between jobs I work as a therapist for autistic kids. I’m quite social but also clean and respectful. I value my recharge time.

I enjoy occasionally having friends for dinner parties, going to the beach, hiking, yoga, diving, skiing and snowboarding.

I’ve been in the house for 3 years so it’s pretty well equipped.
